Bill will guide you on the process that we use to make the award wining ales of Southbourne Ales and Tingay’s. You will get to hear about the science and mechanics behind how our ales are checked and the history of the beautiful building that has been regenerated by Sheldon and the team.
Hourly tours following the process from raw materials to a tutored tasting of some of the fabulous beers available in the Taproom.

Although children are not permitted in the taproom, as part of the licence at Poole Hill Brewery, they are welcome as part of a tour group. We appreciate the opportunity to share the scientific process of creating our product and the social responsibility of encouraging responsibility with regards to alcohol.
