Having successfully raised £280k through crowd funding we have opened our Poole Hill Brewery producing our award winning ales in the heart of Bournemouth. We are now entering the next phase of our business; building the Southbourrne Ales and Tingay’s brands. In order to do this we are looking to invest in marketing, sales and with additional funds opening a chain of small Tingay’s branded bars in some of the countries busiest metropolises. To fund this we are releasing equity in our fourth round of crowd funding to raise up to £200k. Our Investment events give you the opportunity to see what we have achieved so far, discuss our plans and see if joining the Southbourne Brewing Limited owners club is right for you.
On the evening of Monday the 19th February the taproom hosted a brilliant information evening for both current and potential investors of Southbourne Brewing Limited.
The event was organised by Managing Director, and Head Brewery, Jennifer Tingay and was designed to give those in attendance an inside look as to where the business is currently and where it aims to be in the very near future. The third round of crowdfunding is now open for new investors, having already been incredibly successful within the current shareholders. The first two rounds raised the capital to lease and renovate the premises at Poole Hill, and this last round is designed to generate capital to improve different areas and prepare for the second stage of renovations.
For more information the Investment Brochure can be downloaded here and you can contact email@example.com to inquire about purchasing shares.
We would like to take this opportunity to meet up with potential new investors for our third round of crowd funding; as well as any existing investors who are interested is having a look round our new facility.
Monday 19th February – 19:00 to 21:00 – at Poole Hill Brewery
Having successfully crowd funded twice we have been able to undergo this sympathetic restoration of a Victorian building in the Triangle area of Bournemouth as well as installing a 20 barrel brewhouse capable of producing 15,000pints a week. Our award winning brands are about to fly onto the local ale market and from Easter our brewery will be operating daily tours through our visitors centre and taproom.
Keen not to stop there- we have been developing a secondary brand Tingay’s for the National market which will include a chain of branded bars across the country.
